ReoSoft, Real Estate Operations Software, is a Dubai property technology company. We make the operations software landlords, mall operators and property teams use every day, Arabic-first and built for the region.

Our story

Started from the work, not the spreadsheet

Real estate in the region runs on post-dated cheques, bilingual contracts, VAT on every line and lease registers that differ from one country to the next. Most software was built elsewhere and adapted later. The gaps get filled with spreadsheets, e-mail and people who remember how things are done.

We build from that reality, alongside the mall operators and property teams who live it. Mercato, our first product, brings leasing, turnover rent, service-charge recovery, collections, accounting, facilities and a portal for every retailer into one system, in Arabic and English, with the rules of each market built in and AI working on the same data.

We are product-led and run one platform. Every client is on the same product, so every improvement reaches everyone, and every number a user sees comes from the lease and the ledger.

What we believe

Six principles we build by

Arabic first

Arabic is designed in from the first screen, not translated at the end. Right-to-left layouts, bilingual documents and Arabic reminders are part of the product, not a setting.

Correct by construction

Rent, recoveries and cheques post to a real general ledger. If a figure cannot be traced back to a lease line or a journal, we do not show it.

Regional by default

VAT returns, e-invoicing and lease registration for the markets we serve are product features, kept current as the rules change.

One platform

One product and one data model for leasing, finance, facilities and the people in the building, instead of a stack of tools stitched together.

Built with operators

We design with the leasing managers, accountants, engineers and guards who use the system, and ship what they need next.

How we bring a centre live

A clear, short path from first conversation to a team that runs the centre in Mercato.

  1. Discovery

    We map your leases, charges, approvals and month-end, and agree what goes live first.

  2. Set-up and migration

    We configure your centres, spaces and rate cards, and import retailers, leases and balances through the migration centre.

  3. Training

    Role-by-role sessions, backed by the in-app help centre's step-by-step guides in Arabic and English.

  4. Go-live and support

    We stay close through the first month-end, then support you under the SLA.
