1. In short
- The Website (reosoft.ai) sets no cookies by default.
- If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 sets two analytics cookies so we can see which pages help visitors.
- If you choose “Essential only”, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.
- Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and you can change it at any time.
2. Analytics cookies
These cookies are set only after you allow analytics. They are provided by Google and help us measure visits, traffic sources and page performance in aggregate. We use the results to improve the Website, not to identify you.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors so that visits and page views can be counted | Up to 13 months |
_ga_<ID> | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps session state for our analytics property | Up to 13 months |
Google acts as our service provider for this measurement and may process the data outside your country. Google describes its own practices at policies.google.com. Lifetimes are the maximum Google applies and may change if Google changes its defaults.
3. Your consent choice
The Website stores your choice in your browser’s localStorage under the key reosoft-consent. This is a local setting, not a cookie, and it is not sent to a server. Until you choose, analytics stay off. If you clear your browser data, the Website will ask again.
4. Contact and demo forms
The forms on /contact/ and /demo/ send the details you type to us by e-mail or through a form-processing provider so that we can reply. This does not require cookies. How we use that information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Managing your choice
- Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page to allow or refuse analytics at any time. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics data from being collected.
- You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or block cookies altogether. The Website works without analytics cookies.
6. The Mercato platform
This policy covers the reosoft.ai website. The Mercato platform uses the browser storage it needs to work, for example to keep you signed in, protect your session and remember your language, and does not use advertising cookies. Customers who add visitor-marketing features to their own pages or Wi-Fi portals are responsible for the notices and consents those pages need.
7. Changes and contact
If we add or change cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent again where the law requires. Questions: info@reosoft.ai. See also the Privacy Policy.
