Pricing questions
How is Mercato priced?
By plan. Each plan is sized by the number of leasable units across your centres and the modules you need, and is billed monthly or annually in UAE dirhams. Add-ons are priced separately.
Can we start on a smaller plan and move up?
Yes. Plans step up as you add units or need more of the product, and your data stays exactly where it is.
What does onboarding include?
We set up your company and centres, import your retailers, spaces and leases through the migration centre, and walk your team through go-live in Arabic or English.
Can our data be hosted in our country?
In-region hosting is available for customers with data-residency requirements. Tell us where your data needs to live and we will include it in the proposal.
