Mercato may be used only for lawful mall and retail-centre management, leasing, collections, accounting, operational and related business purposes. Users must not use the Services or the Website to violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or the rights of others. Customers are responsible for the actions of their users.

3. Data and content restrictions
Customers must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, infringing or unrelated to legitimate business use. Customers must have the right to place personal data about their retailers, tenants, staff and visitors into Mercato, as set out in the data processing agreement.
4. Messaging and visitor marketing

- do not send spam, deceptive or unlawful messages, or messages that breach the terms of the messaging providers;
- use the AI assistant only for legitimate business purposes, and do not attempt to extract data that your role does not allow or to manipulate the assistant into bypassing permissions.

ReoSoft may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, customers, users or legal compliance. Where practical, ReoSoft will tell the customer the reason and give it a chance to correct the problem, but it may act immediately where there is a risk to security or to other customers. ReoSoft may cooperate with the authorities where the law requires. See also our terms.
6. Reporting a concern
To report abuse or a suspected violation, write to info@reosoft.ai. For security issues, please give enough detail to reproduce the problem and do not access data that is not yours.
